CEASE and DESIST Notice
You are to Cease and Desist your bots visiting fleetva.biz immediately. You do not have the website owners permission to allow your bots to crawl this website. Should you continue to crawl this website from the date of this notice I will report it to your ISP, Google, FBI and any other relevant authority. I will ensure that everything possible will done to shut your website and business down.
You have 24 hours from the date of this notice to STOP trolling the above mentioned website. Failure to do this will result in further abuse reports to Google and your IP for any website you own. You DO NOT have permission to access my website.
I will hold Semalt LLC and its operators liable for any economic loss suffered due to your referrer spam hits increasing website bounce rates and suffering a lower Google ranking. I will not hesitate to take legal action against you in your country of residence if you do not pay costs incurred because of your bots stealing bandwidth.
Should you continue to hit the above mentioned website from the date of this notice I will assume that you are accepting liability for any economic loss and costs incurred by the website owner because of your bots and that you accept there is a US$150.00 fee each time your bots visit. This fee is payable within seven days.

Virginia, fyi, their addresses are fake. the UA one leads to a crane manufacturing plant and the FL one is a virtual office that i am sure has never heard of them. they are not a registered company in FL, the USA or the Ukraine. Since Nataliya is so keen on threatening to sue us, I'd like to make her life easier by directly contacting semalt's nonexistent lawyer myself. but i will have to wait as semalt's follow bot attack on me worked and my account was suspended at least temporarily. Keep hammering them on getting the name of the law firm they use. lol
ReplyDeleteIt certainly appears there is a lot of FAKE about Semalt. Semalt how about putting the name of your lawyer as a comment here, and I will correspond directly with them. Time to start doing some tracking on addresses being used and company registrations. Big trouble if they are fake.
